We're sorry to say that we're already sold out of Frozen Chile for the year. We plan to put up a much larger stock next year, and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused customers who planed to order our chile as a Christmas present.
Our frozen chile is flame roasted in the traditional New Mexican style and hand peeled. We ship using dry ice or gel packs, and all prices include FedEx Priority Overnight Delivery. Frozen orders are shipped on Tuesdays or Thursdays for delivery the following day.
