The Big Jim Medium Hatch Chilis are the best I've ever had. I got hooked about 5 years ago, visiting Arizona. We got in on the tail-end of season. Ever since, I've ordered every year to have in Florida. Even with the huge Hispanic population down here, they have NO clue what a real chili is until they've tried Hatch Green Chilis from Berridge Farms. Thank you!
