Shipping & Returns

We ship via USPS, and FedEx every Tuesday from the start of the season (Early August) through the end of the season (Late September/Early October). All 5lb boxes are shipped free via USPS Priority Mail. We allow our customers to chose any FedEx shipping method which insures delivery in 3 days or less. FedEx ground is available to customers within the 3 day ground delivery area. We are not open for business Monday, so order cancellations must be received by 5PM the Friday preceding the week we ship your order to be honored.

As we deal in perishable produce, we are unable to unconditionally guarantee that your product will arrive in perfect condition; however, we have been shipping chile for over fifteen years and we do everything necessary to get our product to you in great shape. If you are dissatisfied with your chile, contact us and we will work together on a solution. We issue refunds only in certain circumstances, but will often replace product with just a shipping charge. Please include pictures of the exterior of the box and of the chile itself if you have any complaints.

For shipments outside the continental US, we suggest that you choose 2 Day or Overnight shipping.

Orders placed after 12 PM MST on Monday will not go out till Tuesday of the following week.
