We ship via USPS priority mail, and FedEx Express every week on Mondays (Tuesday for the week of labor day). You will be notified via email the day your order ships, and will be able to access tracking data by clicking on the link provided in this email or using this tracking code on the USPS or FedEx website. Please allow three full business days after the day your order ships and if you still have not received it, contact us and we will address the problem immediately.
As we deal in perishable produce, we are unable to unconditionally guarantee that your product will arrive in perfect condition; however, we have been shipping our produce for over ten years and we do everything necessary to get our product to you in great shape. If you are dissatisfied with your green chile, contact us and we will work together on a solution. We do not issue refunds, but rather replace orders with a fresh box of chile with only a shipping charge.
For shipments outside the contiguous US, we suggest that you choose 2day or Overnight as the shipping option. Oftentimes, 3 day express does not make it before the weekend and you will lose a good percentage of your order.
Orders placed after 12 PM MST on Sunday will not go out till Monday of the following week.
