The Grip n Strip Pepper Prep'er

The pepper prep'er is a great little tool to help peel your chile. Simply place a couple of the roasted, and sweated pods on the pepper prep'er and use the plastic attachment to scrape off the peelings. Rotate and repeat, thats all there is too it. This will work best if your chile has been well-roasted and sweated in a large plastic bag. If done correctly, it removes around 90% of the peelings, making final prep a lot quicker.
